Instead of hiding from politics, employees should focus on being political savvy, when it comes to politics. This practice can be helpful to encourage employees to be mindful and not fearful of political roles or actions. A political savvy employee will offer to join others in board meetings. This employee w ill focus their time on getting involved in professional networks. This can have a positive effect and encourage others to get involved. Achievement appraisals can contribute to employees that aim high to achieve job goals. It can also lift the confidence of employees by this bonus and appreciation system.
